INCLUSIONS
- Check and clean all light fittings if height access is below 2.5 m
- Check all connections, power sockets and switches
- Check and clean all DBs and control panels, if applicable
- Check all breakers and relays, all indicators and selector switches in the DB and control panel
- Check and clean all exhaust fans
- Measure earth value in the Main DB (should be less than 3 ohms)
- Check for any abnormal noise in the contactors and breakers
- Minor Parts (Threshold of AED 50 in total)
